We accept only defective or damaged returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Please make sure the Item is returned in the exact condition (within 7 Days) in which it was shipped once approved by our team. The product should be new, and unused in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. Refund is only possible incase of non-availability of goods & the refund will be processed to the original payment method, within 4-7 business days.
How to start a return
- To start the process simply add your order number and email used to make the purchase.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and email us for the same.
- Once your request is approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions via email.

Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee. No pre-paid shipping label.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time on the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
